1. Try clicking on "Retest"

2. Restart the device. Then see if the issue is resolved.

3. Ensure that the device is completely plugged in. A phone or tablet case can prevent this. Most devices will show an icon in the top of the screen to show that an audio device is connected.

4. Ensure that no other apps are attempting to play audio. Some apps will "auto-unpause" their audio when they see a device plugged in. This will interfere with RangeTech. You will NOT be able to hear said audio, but it is still trying to play. #2 above should take care of this, but please double-check.

5. Ensure that lint or other debris is not preventing a good connection with the device. This is more common than you might think.
